Captain Jack - Repair Headdress
 

Scope of Project - Captain Jack is a zinc figure that was toppled off its pedestal by vandals.  The headdress was badly shattered and many pieces were lost.  This missing feathers were sculpted in clay, molds made and castings poured.  The castings were soldered onto the piece, ground and finished to match the adjoining surfaces.
