Two Little Fauns; Camden, Maine
|
Scope of Project: This beautiful bronze had
no preventive maintenance treatments for years and
it showed. The piece was basically sound but the
original color had been replaced by corrosion. There
was also some surface loss. The corrosion was greatly
minimized, neutralized, and a new patina applied
to compliment the remaining color. The repatinated
bronze was well sealed and numerous coats of a durable
wax was applied after the appropriate curing time
had elapsed. See client feedback
